Purchase on Account – Our B2B Recommendation

For commercial customers, public institutions, and established partners, we offer Purchase on Account. The payment term is usually 10 days net.

This method allows for a smooth transaction without upfront payment. We reserve the right to perform a credit check, particularly for new customers.

Prepayment / Bank Transfer

Payment via bank transfer (prepayment) is also a standard method, especially for:

  • Initial orders for international export
  • High-value orders
  • Custom solutions or large-scale projects

After placing your order, you will receive a proforma invoice. Shipment occurs immediately after your payment is cleared in our bank account.

PayPal (Convenience Payment)

PayPal is available for orders between €50 and €1,000.

  • Germany: Transactions are processed free of charge.
  • International (Export): For payments from outside Germany, a transaction surcharge of 3% applies.

Due to high transaction fees, we recommend bank-based payments (Account/Prepayment) for larger investments in START International machinery.

Credit Policy & Data Protection

We review each order individually based on internal credit guidelines (e.g., credit reports, order value). For data protection reasons, we do not disclose these criteria in detail and appreciate your understanding should we suggest an alternative payment method.
