Shipping & Delivery Information

Parcel Shipping (Domestic & International)

To ensure fast and secure delivery of our START International products, we cooperate with world-leading logistics partners. Depending on the destination and shipment volume, we ship via:

  • UPS & FedEx: Our preferred partners for fast international export and express shipments.
  • DHL: For reliable deliveries within Germany and the EU.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Freight Forwarding

For bulky, heavy (over 31 kg), or particularly sensitive products – such as fully automated labeling stations – we use qualified freight forwarding services.

Freight shipments are standardly delivered "curbside" unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Shipping Costs

At startinternational.eu, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country. The exact costs will be transparently displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your order.

Important Note for Non-EU Countries (Export)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, or overseas), additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient and are not invoiced by us.
