The target tape length is defined once on the digital LED panel and stored permanently. The guillotine cut operates across a range of 20 to 999 mm with a tolerance of just ±1 mm. The result: consistent piece lengths, clean cut edges, and zero rework. Precisely what modern assembly processes demand.
Maximum Material Flexibility Through 3-in-1 Core Holder
The ZCM1000 accepts standard pressure-sensitive tapes from 7 to 51 mm wide. The included 3-in-1 core holder supports core diameters of 25 mm, 35 mm, and 76 mm — interchangeable without tools. Rolls up to 178 mm outer diameter are loaded with ease. For special material requirements — protective films, double-sided tapes, Kapton® — dedicated variants within the ZCM1000 family are available.
