Not every tape application requires a fully automatic industrial dispenser — and not every workstation has a mains connection within reach. The ZCM0800 by START International is the answer to this operational reality: a compact, battery-powered tape dispenser that works without cables, without programming, and without setup time. Three preset fixed lengths cover the most common standard applications — instantly, anywhere.

Three Fixed Lengths — Simple, Fast, Reliable

The ZCM0800 offers three selectable fixed lengths: 30 mm, 45 mm, and 90 mm. The desired length is selected via a simple switch. The machine automatically advances the tape; the operator pulls the tape across the integrated serrated blade — cutting the piece and simultaneously triggering the next feed. No button press, no programming, no setup.

Battery Operation — Global Flexibility

The ZCM0800 runs on 3 D-cell batteries (not included) — ideal for mobile deployments, outdoor assembly, and workstations without a fixed mains connection. For stationary mains-powered use, the ZCM0800-WT version with a universal AC adapter (100–240 V) is available.
