TDA150-NS-LF – Wide-Format Non-Stick Heavy-Duty Tape Dispenser by START International: VHB™ and Foam Tapes up to 150 mm

Where foam adhesive tapes and VHB™ materials are required in widths exceeding 80 mm — in automotive body bonding, solar module manufacturing, or large appliance production — even heavy-duty standard machines reach their limits. START International developed the TDA150-NS-LF for exactly this requirement: as the most powerful non-stick variant in the TDA family, it processes high-tack foam and VHB™ materials up to 150 mm wide — reliably, automatically, and without production interruption.

Non-Stick Technology on the Widest TDA Platform

The specially adapted non-stick advancement rollers of the TDA150-NS-LF are optimised for the reliable feed of wide, high-tack materials. Even 3M VHB™ and comparable structural bonding tapes feed evenly and slip-free — at a maximum material thickness of 3 mm (foam) and 1.5 mm (VHB®). The heavy-duty all-metal construction ensures stable operation even with heavy, wide-format tape rolls.
