Their extreme tack causes standard advancement rollers to seize, jam, and accumulate adhesive residue, forcing costly production stoppages. START International engineered the ZCM1000-NS as the direct industrial answer to this problem: Teflon-coated non-stick advancement and pressure rollers that guide even the most aggressive adhesive materials through the complete dispensing cycle, reliably and without interruption.
Teflon Coating – The Engineering Solution to High Tack
The non-stick rollers of the ZCM1000-NS carry a high-quality Teflon coating that minimises surface adhesion to the point where even the stickiest materials feed cleanly and consistently. No tape wrapping. No adhesive build-up on machine components. No unscheduled stops. The result is a stable, reproducible dispensing process that holds up under continuous operation with the highest-tack materials on the market — including VHB™ structural bonding tapes, double-sided acrylic adhesives, and foam tapes.
Repeatable Cut Quality in High-Volume Production
The target cut length is programmed once via the digital LED panel and stored permanently in memory. The ZCM1000-NS cuts across a range of 20 to 999 mm with a repeatability of ±1 mm (material-dependent). The guillotine mechanism delivers clean, straight cut edges — even on thicker foam and VHB™ substrates that would challenge a standard cutting head. The integrated photocell detects the removal of each piece and automatically positions the next, maintaining production flow without operator intervention. Manual push-button actuation is available at any time for flexible operation.
