This roller generates the grip required for a smooth, slip-free tape advance — even with very narrow strips, thin films, and delicate specialty tapes that drift sideways or slip through on standard rollers.

Specialty Advancement Roller – Precision on the Smallest Scale
The purpose-designed advancement roller of the ZCM1000B is geometrically and mechanically optimised for contact with very narrow tape materials. It generates sufficient grip for slip-free, consistent tape advancement without damaging the delicate material or causing lateral displacement. Tapes that regularly drift or wrinkle on standard rollers run straight, evenly, and process-reliably on the ZCM1000B — from the first piece to the ten-thousandth.
Fully Automated Dispensing – Repeatable and Cycle-Safe
The integrated photocell control detects the removal of each tape piece and immediately initiates the next automatic feed cycle. Manual push-button actuation is available for all applications at any time. The target cut length is programmed once via the digital LED panel and stored permanently in memory, reproduced with a tolerance of ±1 mm across the full cut range of 20 to 999 mm. The guillotine cutting mechanism delivers clean, straight edges — even on very narrow and thin strip materials.
