TDA150 – Heavy-Duty Wide Tape Dispenser by START International: Industrial Strength for Tape Widths up to 150 mm

The TDA Platform — Scaled to 150 mm
The TDA150 carries all the strengths of the TDA080 into the 150 mm width format: all-metal gears, metal advancement rollers, integrated safety interlock, and a feed speed of 16.8 cm/s. Rolls up to 228 mm (9") outer diameter are accommodated without issue. This makes the TDA150 the first choice wherever wide tapes must be processed precisely, repeatably, and without interruption in high-volume production.

Expandable for Any Production Scale
For oversized rolls, the optional external reel stand TDSTAND03 (max. 508 mm outer diameter) is available. The optional foot switch TDA080PFS enables fully hands-free operation. The switchable voltage (115 V / 230 V) makes the TDA150 globally deployable without conversion loss. For the European market: TDA150-2 (230 V / 50 Hz, CE certified).
