Two separate dispensing steps mean double the time, double the error risk, and double the footprint. START International developed the TDA080-LAM to fundamentally change this equation: one machine laminates, dispenses, and cuts two tape rolls in a single, synchronised process step.
Laminating Technology for the Most Demanding Industrial Processes
The integrated laminating unit of the TDA080-LAM brings two separate tape rolls together precisely, laminates them into a composite tape, and cuts this to the exact programmed length. Both layers are processed simultaneously with the same cut accuracy of ±1 mm. This eliminates alignment errors, reduces material waste, and measurably increases reproducibility in series production.

Heavy-Duty Foundation – Global Standard
The TDA080-LAM is built on the full metal construction of the TDA080: all-metal gears, metal advancement rollers, integrated safety interlock, switchable voltage 115 V / 230 V. Maximum roll outer diameter: 152 mm (6"). Optional foot switch TDA080PFS available. For 230 V operation: TDA080-LAM-2 (CE certified).
