The TDA025B by START International is an electric carousel tape dispenser for narrow tapes. It cuts tape from 3 to 25 mm wide to a preset length between 15 and 70 mm and places each piece on a rotating carousel, ready to pick up. Up to 20 cuts can be prepared at the touch of a button, which makes it well suited to workstations shared by two or more operators. Three modes – automatic, semi-automatic and manual – adapt the dispenser to different workflows. Its small footprint also suits clean-room and medical production.

TDA025B – electric carousel tape dispenser for narrow tapes

The TDA025B by START International is built to dispense narrow tapes. Instead of handing each cut piece straight to the operator, the feed system places it on a rotating carousel. Several people can work from one unit without getting in each other's way.

What the TDA025B is made for

Wherever the same short, narrow tape pieces are needed again and again – holding parts in place, masking before painting, or sealing small packages – the dispenser takes over that repetitive step. Because the carousel keeps finished pieces ready, the unit fits stations with two or more operators particularly well.
