TDA080-NS – Non-Stick Heavy-Duty Tape Dispenser by START International: Reliable Feed for VHB™ and Foam Tapes

VHB™ structural bonding tapes and foam adhesive tapes are indispensable in modern industrial assembly — and simultaneously the greatest challenge for conventional tape dispensers. Their extreme tack causes standard metal rollers to seize, wrap, and jam, resulting in production stoppages that immediately translate into cost losses in high-volume manufacturing. START International developed the TDA080-NS as the engineered industrial solution: specialised non-stick advancement rollers enable consistent, slip-free feed of even the highest-tack materials — reliably, reproducibly, and without production interruption.

Non-Stick Technology — Industrially Proven and Scalable

The non-stick advancement rollers of the TDA080-NS are designed so that even 3M VHB™ and comparable high-performance materials feed evenly without adhering to the rollers or leaving residue on machine components. Maximum processable material thickness: 3 mm foam, 1.5 mm VHB®. For materials beyond this specification, we recommend a free material test prior to production deployment.
