START International ZCM2200 – Electric Tape Dispenser with Programmable Lengths
The ZCM2200 from START International automates the feeding, measuring, and cutting of pressure-sensitive tape up to 2″ (51mm) wide. Instead of manually measuring each piece, the operator programs the desired cut length digitally, and the unit handles feed and cut with an accuracy of ±1mm (±0.04″). This makes the ZCM2200 suitable for packaging, assembly, and production lines that require repeated tape lengths with consistent, repeatable results.
Digital Length Programming with Memory
Up to three different cut lengths can be stored in the unit and recalled as needed — on demand via push-button or automatically via photocell trigger. This eliminates changeover time when switching between tape lengths during production. A manual override of the stored lengths is available at any time for one-off or non-standard lengths.
Built-In Safety Guard
The ZCM2200 includes a safety guard system that prevents activation of the cutter whenever fingers, tools, or other foreign objects are present in the cutting head's detection zone. This safety feature reduces injury risk during continuous operation, particularly at high-cycle workstations.

Tape Compatibility
The ZCM2200 accepts tape widths from 7 to 51mm (0.28″–2″) and cuts lengths from 30 to 999mm (1.2″–39″). Maximum roll outside diameter is 178mm (7″), and the unit supports core sizes of 25mm, 35mm, and 76mm (1″, 1.4″, and 3″).
