Adhesive tape tabs with a non-stick grip flap — fast, manual, no power required. The TAB100 by START International is a manual tab dispenser that produces tape pieces with an automatically folded, non-adhesive grip end via a single hand lever pull. TDW019 – Manual Tape Wrapper for Cables, Wire Harnesses, and Hoses up to 51 mm Bundle Diameter
In wire harness manufacturing, electronics assembly, and automotive production, cables, conduit bundles, and hoses must be wrapped reliably, cleanly, and consistently with adhesive tape every day. Uneven or loose tape wraps cause quality issues, assembly errors, and rework. The START International TDW019 is the dedicated tool for this task: a manual tape wrapper made from solid aluminium that simplifies and accelerates loading, wrapping, cutting, and bundling of cables and hoses up to 51 mm bundle diameter — no power supply, no maintenance, for any workstation.

The TDW019 is designed for maximum operating speed. The tape is fed from the integrated reel holder; the operator wraps the adhesive tape around the cable or hose with a single rotation — the integrated cutter with safety blade guard cleanly cuts the tape. The result: uniform, professional tape wraps in seconds, even at high volume.
Solid Aluminium Construction — Durable and Maintenance-Free
The TDW019 is constructed entirely from solid aluminium — no plastic, no maintenance-intensive components. The device is engineered for continuous industrial use: it requires no regular maintenance and can be firmly mounted on the workbench using the pre-drilled mounting holes in the base — for stable, secure operation even at high wrapping speeds.
Universal — Any Tape Brand, Any Tape Type
The TDW019 is compatible with virtually all standard adhesive tape rolls in widths of 9 to 19 mm (0.375"–0.75"). Rolls up to 178 mm (7") outer diameter are accommodated. The included core holder fits 32 mm (1.25") cores; optional core holders for 38 mm (TDW019-04B) and 76 mm (TDW019-04C) are available separately.
